Sponsored Growers/Influencer Program

This agreement is made between Kind LED/Gorilla Grow Tent, Lotus Nutrients (hereby referred to as Company) and "Grower".

RECITALS

A. Company manufactures and sells indoor gardening equipment and supplies.

B. Grower to utilize Company’s products to generate online content such as grow journals, social media posts, video, photography, blogs, and other content to assist in advertising and promoting the products.

C. In exchange for qualifying content generation, Company is prepared to offer Grower complementary goods and enrollment in our affiliate program according to the terms set forth in this agreement.

D. The collaboration between Company and Grower will begin once this contract is signed.

AGREEMENT

Company and Grower hereby agree as follows:

Engagement of Services:

a) Company agrees to provide Grower with equipment used in grows, promoted on their social channels:

b) Pre-Program Phone Consultation with Company grow support specialist to review the terms of this agreement, confirm expectations, and address features of our products. Enrollment in this program is contingent upon this consultation.

c) Ongoing Grow Support: Company will be available M-­F, 9am-­5pm PST, to offer support on the use and operation of the products, as well as best practices for social media outreach and content production.

e) Unique promotional code and affiliate link to share with followers, good on all Company’s products (Gorilla Grow Tent, SuperCloset, Kind LED Grow Lights, and Lotus Nutrients.)

f) Grower will receive 10% of revenue generated from affiliate link/code. 

g) Grower can not post code on the company's social media posts for self-promotion. Must promote on Grower's social media accounts. 

Grower’s Obligations:

Grower agrees to provide Company with the following:

a) Complete Grow Journal, from seed to harvest, on no fewer than two of the following accepted platforms:

• Online Grow Forum (Grasscity, Rollitup, AutoFlower Network, etc.)

• YouTube

• Instagram

• Facebook Group
  

• Reddit

Qualifying online journals will include (at minimum) 1 post per week, and include regular updates of grow in progress and links promoting your unique discount code. Qualifying video journals will include, at minimum 1 video uploaded weekly, of at least 3 minutes in duration.

Content Quality Requirements:

All posts and uploads will be in high definition, clear, intelligible, and in focus.

All posts and uploads shall reflect the products in accordance with the high standards of existing advertising & marketing efforts.

All posts and uploads will feature Company and its products in a respectful manner that will reflect positively on the Company.

Terms & Conditions:

Company embraces feedback, both positive and negative, and desires a complete and honest appraisal of products to be submitted in journals. In most cases, there are specific reasons (not relating to product design or functionality) for growing setbacks, and often there are simple solutions to common problems. Due to this, Company must be given an opportunity to address any critical feedback prior to Grower posting to the public.

It is understood that at times during the use and operation of the products, Grower may have constructive criticism and/or feedback. It is the expectation of the Company that all critical feedback be first addressed with the Company, and authorized for posting, prior to being disclosed in content.

In signing up for this program, you are attesting to your growing acumen, and will utilize best indoor gardening practices and procedures with the Company products. If you are unsure of best practices and procedures as they pertain to use of Company products, you will utilize your Grow Support Contact to gain the necessary proficiencies needed in order to succeed in your grows.

By enrolling in this program, Grower agrees to allow Company to use segments or full versions of their content in promotional material, including social media and on the Company’s website. Company agrees to credit Grower when Grower’s content is used. Company may occasionally request a copy of Grower’s photos or video with which to create these assets.

By enrolling in this program, you are attesting to the fact that your use of the products are in accordance with all local and state laws, and furthermore, that you are solely responsible for your use and operation of the products. Company will not be held liable for any and all issues arising out of Growers use the products.

Any failure by Grower to abide by the above mentioned agreed upon responsibilities will constitute a breach of contract and will require Grower to forfeit any incentives offered by Company under the terms of this program.
